that Robert Barboure sal content and pay to David Harlaw als mekil for his pund great as he payt to William Elder baxter. The saymn day it is decreit be the personis befor written that Sir Thomas Stevensoneis letter sal be sellit for his service'. The quhilk day it is decretit and ordanit be thir personis underwritten, in the honoure of God, oure Lady and St John and for the welfaire of merchandis thatt na merchandman nor uthir man by woll, hid nor skyn upone the Sunday under the pane of achet of the gud that is boucht and at na man hous the forsaid gudis apone the Sonday under the pane forsaid, and quhatt ever he be that tantis this, he sall have the thred part of the gudis and give ony merchandman opynis his bouth to seil ony merchandis, exceptand wyndinschete or walx til awis, he sal pay vi d. unforgiven and thir ar the personnis:-
