REX concessit Magistro Ricardo de Creich rectori ecclesie de Croile, de cetero priori Cartusiesium de Perth qui pro tempore foret, ad sustentationem unius DOMUS CARTUSIE prope burgum de Perth (per ipsum nuper fundata, ad laudem Dei et B.V.M. et in religionis Cartusiensium augmentum, et nonnullus redditibus dotate) jus patronatus ecclesie parochialis de Croile S. Commentary

This is clearly the same Richard de Creich as in the documents from the earlier and later Supplications to Rome. The parish mentioned is in fact Errol. The Supplications also refer to the annexation of the parish church of Errol to the House of Carthusians at Perth.
