A Cree family at Alfreton, Derbyshire

James Cree is known from his marriage record to have come from Bolsover, and cannot be James born 1752 as he was bringing up a family in Sutton-cum-Duckmanton from 1788 to 1795. Letters of Administration to his widow Elizabeth in 1800 describe James as a hatter.
