T J Cree's grandson George was 17, Lucious (sic) was 14, TJC 2d was 9.7

His father Thomas Jefferson Cree died on 9 November 1880 in Wheelock, Vermont.1,8

On 18 April 1910 Stephen Gilman Cree and Clarinda D Niles were living in Wheelock, Vermont. Stephen was now 75 and still described as a machinist. "Carrie" was 83. They lived next door to their son Lucius and his family.9

Stephen Gilman Cree died on 24 April 1917.1

He and Luther were always at Jefferson because they were of different political parties and were always begging him to 'get out of Wheelock' (a very small town) and move to Montpelier (the capital of the state).
