Indexes of CREE births, marriages, deaths and other events

A number of data sets containing details of Cree births, marriages, deaths and other events have been compiled over many years, starting with Trevor Cree's monumental efforts in transcribing all Cree entries in the BMD indexes at St Catherine's House (as it was then), London, the GROS, Edinburgh, and the GRONI, Belfast.

The Guild of One-Name Studies has now made it possible to archive these data sets on their web server. This at once make them more accessible to a wider range of interested genealogists and helps to ensure their long-term security. Several data sets have already been transferred and these are listed and linked to in this Section. The remainder are in the process of being prepared for transfer.
