The parochial registers of Methven start late, in 1662 and in the period 1695 to 1720 mention thirteen separate Cree families in the parish. It is possible to make intelligent guesses at the relationships of the fathers and while some are likely to be members of the Burgesses line (above) they cannot all be. There are also Cree families in this period in most adjacent parishes: Tibbermore, Aberdalgie and Forteviot. Research in the actual Parochial Registers is urgently needed. Sorry!
