Introduction For many years a number of people have been engaged in collecting information about the genealogy and history of people bearing the surname Cree. Much of this material has been collected together as the Cree Archives and the main aim of this website is to make it accessible to everyone. Transcriptions This is a library of transcriptions of original archives. They are of many kinds and stretch in time from the mediaeval period to modern times. Many of the transcriptions have been annotated. Some transcriptions can be found elsewhere on the web site. In particular, wills and testaments are in the Database Section.

Cree Booklets We have now re-published as PDF files the Cree Booklets series originally published by the Society in the 1990s. The CREE NEWS Archive We have now made available on-line all seventeen issues of CREE NEWS that were published from 1990 to 1999 in facsimile format with notes.
