It seems likely that William Cree (farmer in Lisburn) was the father of James Cree, Alexander Cree and William Cree.1
We only really know about William Cree (farmer in Lisburn) from his son John Cree's wedding in 1858 at Ballynahinch. Here it was recorded that John's father was William Cree, farmer (deceased). John was born about 1823 so William Cree (farmer in Lisburn) would have been born in say 1790s, and his father in about the 1760s.
Leonard Cree has seen an entry for a William Cree in the minute book of the First Presbyterian Church at Lisburn in 1768. It's a pity we don't know if this was his baptism record or some other event. But 1768 is very early and I think it at least possible that William Cree in the church book was the father of William Cree (farmer in Lisburn). He was born c 1790?. He was the son of Andrew Cree Sr.
His son William Cree was born in 1819 or 1820.2
His son John Cree was born in 1823 or 1824.3
William Cree (farmer in Lisburn) died before 1848. He was shown as a farmer (deceased) at his son John's wedding in that year.4

- [S446] Family Search web site, www.familysearch.org, https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/N2WR-94N. It is reported that Jane was born in Bristol, the daughter of William Grave and Mary Bishop. While this is plausble in view of the naming of her daughter Maria Bishop Walker, and there is a baptism record from Bristol giving parents as William and Mary Grave (15 June 1781), I have found no evidence for Mary's surname.
